not the best stuff i’ve seen from Y&R but the copy is well written.

If this is your mantra, pity you didnt set the same standards for this ad.
Always the first thing that comes to mind for a house ad. There are reasons why it’s never used.
HOWEVER, good on you for doing a copy ad. I will always support that.
