Understanding diabetes, helps people ’see’ the danger

It is estimated that one in three children born in the year 2000 will develop diabetes. While its causes are related to genetics, obesity and inactivity, its effects are most disturbing. Diabetes can lead to stroke, amputataions and even (blurry text).
Once you understand the effects of diabetes, you may want to learn the causes.

Well executed ad and pretty straightforward. Its a pity though, that they tried to be clever towards the end, by putting Braille text signifying blindness (diabetes can cause loss of sight). It looks like most people didn’t get that bit.

yup, it’s braille. it’s kindof obvious.
good concept, well executed.

It is great to see advertising that shows a purpose. This ad gives a dual message in a very creative and eye catching manner. The viewer will never know what the rest of the ad really reads however the addition of the Braille type just sums it all up.
