The idea is not bad guys. It’s a cool visual idea. Using the copyright symbol along with the sun is not bad at all. But the execution is really weak and hurting the visual pun. With this kind of “simple” idea, you need superb photography. I also think it would be good as a campaign; copyrighting other natural subjects in the resort. Also, I disagree with using a line. I’d only remove everything and only keep the logo and the website link. The idea is already speaking for itself. Good luck, I think it’s a nice thought.
