What have you done! This is NOT ketchup branding guys!
Ketchup is not thick. If its an ad for thicker ketchup then something went horribly wrong with the final product
Just bashing an idea around but would it not have been better (assuming ofcourse this is an ad for thicker ketchup) to have the real life situations where ketchup runs and then putting that situation into a ’solid’ state.
A bit extreme would be to have an airplane going through turbulence and a shot of everyone, except one passenger, with running ketchup from the ‘airline branded’ sachets and a copy
“The only smart person uses Heinz thick ketchup”
I want a job >.

yes… its what they call a job in the West, only the Lord knows what they call it here.

Just got poked by the Lord on facebook. apparently someone who has a ‘job’ in the Middle East is known as either a ‘creative’ or ‘just another person in the agency’.

Great idea, i agree with vegas, guys we should hats off….Heinz has been positioning itself as the thick ketchup for a long time.so you we can’t blame the creatives if you don’t like the strategy. for me i can see the creative idea goes two ways . 1. Heinz ketchup is so thick it can hold up a metal fork
2. you can substitute it for a meal.

great ad. guys did you know what is the Unique selling proposition (usp) of Heinz. thick ketchup. idea is bang on with the USP.
13. Ibraheem Youssef | January 17th, 2008 at 11:55 pm
The idea is bang on, and as much as I may respect it. The creative team working on this project neglected a very important thing. An ad for ketchup has to be appealing to one’s appetite. A Heinz ad has to make me feel hungry and eager to consume food. This ad does not do that with me.
