I think that there is misunderstanding here!! i should take from my blood to save others not to open my arm as a piggy bank! + i think that this kind of execution is over used,

I really love this ad.
To me it makes sense. You don’t need to put money but blood in this man’s arm in order to save his life.

I think this ad is counterproductive. My guess is that most people like the idea of donating blood, still most people don’t do it. Some probably people get turned off by the idea of blood and needles piercing their skin. I don’t think this is an effective ad to get those people to go to the blood banks.
