But yeah I like it! internal innovation is SO important as the most important asset in any organization, no matter how big or small, is its employees. Giving them a chance to voice their ideas / understand others is crucial.
PS: Moey its an internal agency thingy that pumps alot of brain juice into the user, secretly secreted through the mouse and keyboard.
