LEE Jeans street campaign is a first

A French marketing firm, TriBeCa, ran this promotion for LEE jeans, to promote the opening of a LEE store.
As you can see, it’s a ’street campaign’ in which jeans are placed over parking meters and hung from wires above the streets, and there are other implementations in this campaign which you can see at Marketing-Alternatif.
Take a look at the hanging jeans on laundry wires. The first thing that came to my mind was that many streets in Arab capitals already have laundry hanging like that. They’re part of daily life. So, I doubt anyone will look up to see such a promotion
