I think this is TOO FORCED. come on, A gel smooth enough for a woman to slip through? I assume she’s NAKED with gel all over her body, or she’s anorexic.. You know, OVERTHINKING sometimes is like NO THINKING at all.. A slamming -10/10.

i like it

Not clear but almost there… Is this a woman’s shaving gel?…to make a woman smooth enough to squeeze through locked doors?

The set looks so clean..my very first impression “this is some floor cleaner” or “paint ad”..but i did manage to look at the gel at the corner.
overall, the message and product proposition should be more clear..the basic idea is good..
kre8tive, the gel company should print you along with this ad..most of the consumers might need ur explanation to understand..
think as a creative, see as a audience.

If that’s the case then I should change my name into Kre8tive Audience? Well, do your thing A+ and I will do mine.. Btw, I think it would be better for your butt to be printed here with the shaving gel.. It would definitely be an A+.

thanks for your interest in my butt. Just as everyone, I open my but only for s***t, but I can do for you as well.

ob1=w@n, yes I agree, not clear..none is going to keep thinking or discuss with anyone else to find what this ad is about, they will turn the page and forget..so lost some sales there.

ans to kre8tive : If you can appreciate & understand a concept with just a leg, door and a gel, no copywrite to support, no product info..I wonder how come you dont understand a concept, a guy getting killed when he is unarmed, trying to communicate peace..doesnt that tell you “communication is crucial”. you can tell it in different ways, but this one suits more with the current affairs in this region.
I am wearing a tshirt printed “fcuk”, imagine the tshirt printed with the middle letters interchanged, I would be bashing instead of branding, similarly a different finger makes different meaning, “communication is sensitive”.
you are contradicting, may be you are special but not all are special and ads are not made for special peoples alone.
cheers!!

At first glance it looks pretty neat.
At second glance there is a sense of bafflement.. or maybe it’s just me….Gel so smooth you can walk through locked doors? How exactly does the gel make u do that? and what kind of gel is it?
Something is haywire with the art direction as well. Outside it’s too blue while there are strange blotches on the floor.

Listen Monalisa, Firstly.. you should have posted your reply in the VOX POPULI post, and not here.. so that it’ll be relevant, so who contradicts now in the first place? Another thing, this is a “creative’s” blog where most of the creative and “special” people go to comment and criticize even kill an ad if they want to and NOT a consumer’s blog where the “normals” might not understand most of what’s giong on, (ads posted or their concepts), so I would suggest you to just be a little open to whatever kind of comments creatives feel they’d say to a particular ad, it’s their right, whether based on what they see and understand, their experiences, backgrounds and penis sizes. And thanks for rationalizing the ads of Vox, I think it’s them who needs it, not me.

When your criticism bounced back, you dont seem to like it ? Anyway I dont prefer in the so called stylish writings: “quoting unparliamentary words or anything irrelative to the context”
These blogs are about Advertising, good or bad. We have to understand the real purpose and definition of it.
You dont pay for your clients ad ? They spend because they want to sell and they pay us to do it.
If cars are made so complicated only the people made it can drive it, there would not be much cars on the road.
Advertising is about Selling..Selling..Selling..and we are the salesman.
I know you wont enjoy me telling you the definition of Advertising..neither did I.

but you did not answer to my question about your double standards about the concepts.

very bad art direction

i cant even imagine how all these people gave u this good comments
all the concept contains bad visual , and also the idea should be in an opposite way, the woman in the ad should pass from the outside.
also the product photo should be on the left side coz it contains a lot of empty space, so am sry to tell u where the creativity is or what it does mean to u the word creative!!!!!

I think it is a body slimming gel. If that so this is a pretty good ad and it works for me. But a qualifier line should have been cleared all confusion. I dont know wether it is there on the product.I cant read any thing.
