I dont thihk they were successful with the headline (which is supposed to be the main idea) ; but the layout is clean, good typography. I personally liked the headline expanding out of its confined space to visualy explain the reasons behind recruting all those people but not the headline itself, as i stll belive does not communicate well; perhaps they should have added Copy Writer to the list...they sure seem to have the expanded space ;) good luck with the hireing...there is a great demand in the industry and a diminished supply just kidding, the size and format of the ad are good, P&A effectively used their corporate colors in the ad.
