Sorry, It means that the music i will learn will be handicapped too.

  • 2. Dozero  |  August 17th, 2008 at 2:38 am

What about shocking image like someone playing guitar with his feet.
Or someone with one arm and complete the other with a musical sign ” Where can give you a hand” maybe!!

  • 3. Dozero  |  August 17th, 2008 at 2:46 am

  • 6. Creative rules  |  August 17th, 2008 at 10:48 am

    UnKre8tive.

First thought post without any thought to the post.

Stop rubbishing everything you see you tw*t.

    Nice ad.

  • 7. Louai Alasahani  |  August 17th, 2008 at 11:43 am

    well done.

  • 8. Adrenaline  |  August 17th, 2008 at 4:00 pm

I find it very offensive for people with disabilities, or as they r called now: people with impairments.

  • 9. Creative rules  |  August 17th, 2008 at 5:24 pm

Why do you have a missing leg?

If you don’t have an impairment how do you know it would be offensive Adrenaline?

  • 10. ziad hamdan  |  August 17th, 2008 at 6:16 pm

    smart

  • 11. Dozero  |  August 17th, 2008 at 8:17 pm

    Adrenaline,
If you see it offensive. IT IS OFFENSIVE
It is your opinion and it is right (you don’t need to be an impairment to know that IF YOU HAVE FEELINGS)
You have the right to say that.
Although I like this ad as it is.

  • 12. Creative Rules  |  August 18th, 2008 at 8:39 am

He wasn’t saying he personally thought it was offensive. If you read his comment correctly he said he finds it offensive for people with disabilities. In other words he was second guessing them and speaking on their behalf.

Hence my question: if isn’t impaired how does he know how they think?

  • 13. Dozero  |  August 18th, 2008 at 12:41 pm

Thank u, but i understand what he was saying.
What i was saying is you don’t need to be an impairment to know his feelings when he sees such ad, when he knows that he is not complete or perfect like others and people use his impairment to refer to a problem or something wrong. that of course if he hasn’t a Mental retardation or blind.

I know advertising is not about saving lives. So like i said before i like this ad.

  • 14. Adrenaline  |  August 18th, 2008 at 1:09 pm

As a matter of fact i do have an injury -motorcycle accident-that makes me limp from time time due to pain..but i wouldn’t call that an impairment, but maybe that made me a bit more sensitive.

    Any shrinks in the house?

  • 15. Adrenaline  |  August 18th, 2008 at 1:14 pm

Oh ….and i do like the visual by the way, but what i find inappropriate is the fact that its using a disability to address something that is not considered a disability.

  • 16. quick comment  |  August 18th, 2008 at 3:45 pm

Hey Creative rules, dont you have a creative department to run??
now that still cracks me up when i think about it, this guy actually runs a creative department?
If i was your boss i would fire you faster than you can say adblogarabia.
You should spend more time on your work then commenting atleast 5 times on each ad.
    Get back to work!

Ok back to this ad, i think its clever but i wish they used a blue colour, thats more like the handicapped sign.

FIRST THOUGHT IDEA BY A TW*T.

  • 18. Creative rules  |  August 18th, 2008 at 4:39 pm

Hey dumb comment or who ever you are today,

If you bother to read the times of the posts you’ll find that most of them are done outside work hours you clown.
You on the other hand spend more time on this blog than all of us put together posing under several usernames.

We all know who you really are so stop ghosting as yet another poster and go back to running your company you have alot of new business to win.

    LOL

  • 19. Moey  |  August 18th, 2008 at 6:33 pm

    like it.

  • 20. Gibbo  |  August 18th, 2008 at 7:01 pm

    Quick Comment,

i feel compelled to stand up for our old mate Creative Rules.

    He’s a great cook!!!

  • 21. Creative rules  |  August 18th, 2008 at 7:08 pm

BTW Dumb Comment, as you well know, it also happens to consistently be the most successful Creative department in Jordan by a country mile. :)

  • 22. amre husseini - AKA BITEME  |  August 18th, 2008 at 11:43 pm

Creative rules; from your post #18 I get the feeling that once again you are still on this lame conspiracy theory that I am quick comment. Seriously man find better ways to stand up for yourself; Quick comment aint me…

Since I assume that post was aimed at me, I will confirm to you that yes there is a lot of new business for us to win; things are turning ORANGE WITH OPPORTUNITY if you get my drift.

Also about the country mile statement; in Jordan we’re on metric in case you didnt have the culture down yet and if nuggets sliding down into a bowl of ketchup of hamburgers that give off steam of a logo are you measure of your creative leadership, then you can have that “country mile” and go with it…

  • 23. amre husseini - AKA BITEME  |  August 18th, 2008 at 11:47 pm

Since unlike creative rules I dont have people monitoring blogs and get copywriters to spend their time correcting my spelling mistake… in my post #22…it is supposed to read “ketchup or hamburgers” rather than “ketchup of hamburgers”

  • 24. Creative Rules  |  August 19th, 2008 at 12:22 am

It was never intended to be you Amre I’m surprised that you’d even think that. :)

  • 25. Creative Rules  |  August 19th, 2008 at 12:25 am

BTW WTF is the hamburger thing???

  • 26. amre husseini - AKA BITE ME  |  August 19th, 2008 at 10:06 am

“WTF is the hamburger thing” is exactly what i said when I saw it…It’s the Nabil hamburger patty that’s giving off steam in the shape of the nabil logo
