A world that cannot see, cannot change
This what one of the world’s most famous ‘war images’ would have looked like, if censored.
It’s the picture of Vietnamese children running from a Napalm attack during the Vietnam war, but you can’t see the key figure in the photo which is a little girl running naked and bruised.
Here’s the original, which influenced public opinion worldwide and remains, to this day, a striking image of who suffers the most from wars; innocent children.

The ad is part of a campaign for World Press Freedom Day. The advertising agency is TBWA Hunt Lascaris, South Africa

At the Dubai Mega Travel Showcase, Kuwait Airways won the Middle East and North Africa Best Airline Golden Prize.
Read the details in the press release on Kuwaiti Airways’ website.
Now, onto what matters to us…. look at this pathetic excuse for an ad to announce this ‘victory’.

Kuwaiti bloggers and designers are having a field-day with this ad. Can you blame them!
The ad even includes a critical mistake saying Best Airline in the Middle East and South Africa
Kuwaiti Airways may be voted number 1 in service, but it sure won’t win any awards in advertising.
